MOROCCO SHORT TRIP

DAY 1 ARRIVAL CASABLANCA AIRPORT

Depending on your flight schedule, our driver will be waiting for your arrival at the gates and escort you to the car. After checkin to your hotel, we discover Casablanca, the economical hub of Morocco, unlike in the movie, Casablanca is a modern city with a blend of Moorish and European décor and architecture, once arrived, your guide will take you to the gigantic Hassan II mosque standing on top of the atlantic ocean. Lunch at Rick’s Café and then walk around the malls to discover some contemporary Moroccan products and deisgns. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 2 CASABLANCA – ESSAOUIRA

Wake up at your pace and enjoy a continental breakfast, then we will head south on scenic route of the coast of Morocco to the city Essaouira, this port city is protected by an 18^th century wall named the Skala of the Kasbah and old brass cannons lining the calls, designer by the Portuguese and other European engineers to show the marvel of the Atlantic ocean. If wind surfing is your thing, Essaouira is known all over the world and holds international surfing competitions.

DAY 3 ESSAOUIRA

Today we will learn about the amazing history, culture, and heritage of Essaouira. You can see a Portuguese harbor, art, fine woodwork, and a traditional souk with your guide. Remember to take pictures of the 15th-century Portuguese port built at the foot of its ramparts. Once in town, enjoy tea or coffee at the Moulay El-Hassan Square overlooking the Grand Mosque, and Siaghine Alley. Take a walk at the terrace of the north bastion where you can access the marquetry where some of Morocco's best artisans produce elegant cedar crafts.As we leave the confines of Skala, we head to the Museum Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah. Here, you can find musical instruments, local Andalusian songs, Berber Imazighen documents, weapons, costumes, carpets, and many artifacts of this coastal town. Lunch is a fresh royal fish grilled straight from the ocean. Once done, walk around this beautiful town at your pace, you won’t get lost! Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH

Good morning, enjoy the breeze of the coast, this time, we will head in the direction of the mountaisn, we will go back in time centuries back to discover the mysteries of this amazing and world famous Marrakech. We will start at the Bahia palace, known for its incredible gardens, built in the 19^th century, built to be one of the greatest palaces of its time from which derives the name Bahia: Brilliance. We will continue our time travel through the Medina walls in the direction of the highest building in Marrakech, The Kououbia Mosque, known as the mosque of the booksellers, follow your guide through the minarets while he explains to you the history of this marvel.
After your delicious launch getting a taste of Morocco, we will head to the koranic school Ben Youssef, named after the Almoravid Sultan who made Marrakech a known place worldwide, this school is the largest Madrassa in Morocco. Once done, we will head to the Jewish Mellah to shop for the best leather and pottery Morocco can offer. In the evening , head to the thrilling Jamaa El Fna square for a show of a lifetime! Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 5 MARRAKECH GARDENS

Today stroll like a king and queen in your horse carriage around the city and visit the famous Majorelle gardens known internationally, walk around the cactus trees and visit the museum to discover the berber heritage of the country, once done, head for the Menara gardens and enjoy a first class lunch overlooking the Marrakchi city life. Head back to your hotel for a 5-star dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 DEPARTURE

Seems like your holiday is over and we definitely will expect you again for a grand tour of our beautiful Morocco. Depending on your flight, we will escort you to the airport on time and wish you a safe flight back home.
